CEO of Imagine Print solutions, Mr.John Hahns said that it is important to carry printed itinerary which forms the important part of the travel checklist. Carrying a digital copy of this itinerary is also important, as it would be handy in case the physical notes have been lost.

One of the travel managers, Dana Olsen said that it is necessary to ensure that when traveling internationally, the validity of the passport must be valid for at least six months after you return back to the home country. If your passport fails to meet this requirement, you might not be allowed to enter the country.
“When you are travelling abroad, make sure that you are aware of the visa requirements of the country you plan to visit”, says Olsen. Some countries provide visa upon arrival and for some countries, it is essential to purchase the visa before departure.
Prescribed Medication and Personal Toiletries
One of the frequent flyers, Tracy Adams said that it is important to carry duplicate of required toiletries, which would be helpful in case your luggage gets misplaced or any other emergency happens. She also recommends carrying a set of personal medication, as the similar medicines might or might not be available in the country you plan to visit.
